Cihan Anadologlu – Cihan Anadologlu is an internationally renowned bartender, author and co-owner of Circle by Cihan Anadologlu, Munich. An accomplished expert in his field, he’s appeared on TV and radio around the world, as his impressive resume includes stints in New York, Hong Kong and London. Cihan has also been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, such as Best International High Volume Cocktail Bar 2014, and his current bar has been named Most Innovative Bar in Germany and has been nominated for Best New European Bar.
Daniel Esswein – Daniel Esswein Daniel lives and works as a photographer in Frankfurt/Main. Daniel is responsible for the food-photography on numerous cookbooks. Apart from 4 GAD Gold-medals he has won the „Gourmand World Cookbook Award“ for the best cookbook photography in Germany twice and in 2015 he was on the “Gourmand” short list for the worlds best cookbook photography. Apart from that, Daniel works as a photographer for the food industry, food trade, gastronomy as well as for various magazines.
